WEDANG UWUH





Wedang Uwuh is a traditional Indonesian drink made from leaves similar to spices.
 In Javanese, "wedang" means a brewed drink, while "uwuh" means trash. Wedang Uwuh contains Instant Ginger, Sappanwood, Lemongrass, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove Stems, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Star Anise, Cinnamon Leaves, Clove Leaves, Nutmeg Leaves, Lime Leaves, and Pandan Leaves, Along with Rock Sugar, A Natural Low-calorie Sweetener. 

Served hot or warm, Wedang Uwuh has a sweet and spicy taste with a bright red color and fragrant aroma. The spiciness is due to the ginger, while the red color is due to the Sappanwood.
